Titograd (Njegoševa 41, Podgorica) – this is a bar that pokes fun at the country’s Communist era, when this city was named “Titograd” (after Marshall Tito, who once ruled over Yugoslavia). This explains some of the memorabilia at this bar: Zastava cars and bulldozers, old TG car license plates with red stars, and photos of Titograd during the 1950s. Along with the drinks, there is occasional live local entertainment.
